The Australian Automobile Association (AAA) in conjunction with its member clubs today announced the 15 winners of the 2016 Australia’s Best Cars program and that the overall Judges’ Choice award for 2016 goes to the Mazda6 Touring.

Run by the AAA on behalf of its member clubs, Australia’s Best Cars is the largest independent new car assessment and awards program in Australia. It puts more than 150 vehicles through their paces each year against criteria such as Value for Money, Design and Function, and On the Road Performance.

The Australia’s Best Cars program helps give Australians the information they need when considering which car is the right one for them. The program is yet another important service Australia’s’ motoring clubs provide their members.

The Australia’s Best Cars Program sets the benchmark for rigor and independence, and is most highly trusted by the almost 1 in 3 Australians who are members of the AAA’s constituent clubs.

Today’s winners and each of the finalists can be rightly proud, not only of their achievement in the program, but also of the quality of the products they offer Australians.
