Submission to the Third Independent review of the Product Stewardship (Oil) Act 2000
The AAA supports the continuation of the PSO scheme as it encourages the collection and recycling of significant levels of used oil. However, if the scheme is to continue, there are a number of issues which the review should consider.

The AAA supports the implementation of an Information Standard for Fuel Price Boards to end motorists confusion and increase the transparency of the cost of fuel.

PRE-BUDGET SUBMISSION 2013-14
The AAA urges the Australian Government to use the 2013-14 Federal Budget to provide a direct link between the taxes motorists pay and expenditure on roads; improve long-term infrastructure planning and provide a stronger focus on road safety.
